Which industries do you deal with?

Basically we do not retrofit/modify them.

What scale of equipment can you deal with?

We can deal with any scale of equipment, from small standalone machine to a large production line.  Contact us for details.

We have experience in EPSON, IAI, YASKAWA, FANUC, Mitsubishi Electric and more.  Contact us for details.

We have lost manuals of the purchased equipment. Is it possible for you to reissue manuals?

Yes, you can purchase them. Please let us know the model name of the equipment shown on the name plate. We will reissue them.

Is trade-in or rental of equipment available?

A

First, please fill in “Inquiries” form with details and send it to us. Our sales staff will contact you.

How long does it take to deliver equipment?

A

Normally it will take 3 to 6 months for newly-designed PV module manufacturing equipment and 4 to 6 months for VIP sealing machine. Please contact us for details as the delivery timing depends on each spec.

How do you provide support service?

A

We provide technical support for our customers from Matsuyama Factory and NPC America, also from cooperating companies in Taiwan and Korea when necessary.

How many machines have you sold so far?

A

We have sold more than 700 Tabbing & Stringing Machines, more than 1,000 Vacuum Laminators (including NPC Meier GmbH-make), and more than 100 total assembly lines to customers in more than 50 countries.

When was NPC established?

A

In December 1992.

What is the origin of the company name?

A

NPC was established for the purpose of manufacture and sales of vacuum packing machines in 1992. It was named to be a simple and acceptable company name, standing for the keywords "Nihon" "Packing" "Corporation."

What kind of business do you run?

A

We have Machinery Business and Environmental Business.  In the former, we develop, manufacture, and sell PV module manufacturing equipment, automated/labor-saving machines and VIP Sealing Machines.  In the latter, we provide solar panel maintenance products and services, and automated solar panel disassembly line.  We also operate solar panel reuse/recycling business.

When did you list your stock?

We listed stock in June 2007.

What is the meaning behind the company logo?

A

We changed the logo on February 4, 2019 to reflect our business expansion into various industries, not limited to PV industry.  The new logo represents our message that we will continuously grow by overcoming changes or business hurdles and expanding our business domain.

How much dividend will NPC pay?

Please see the latest financial results as to dividend forecasts. We separately place an announcement when the forecasts are revised. For the dividends paid so far, please see the financial results issued in the past.

When is the shareholder settlement date to receive dividend?

A

Year-end dividend will be paid to the shareholders who are listed as of August 31 on the shareholder list.

Do you have a shareholder benefit program?

A

We do not have any such program.  Our basic policy is to return profits by dividends.

When do you hold an annual shareholders’ meeting?

A

We hold one in November every year.

What are your thoughts on stock price trends and stock price measures?

A

To ensure that our stock price is appropriately valued, we conduct appropriate and timely information disclosure and conduct investor relations activities as stock price measures. Since the actual stock price fluctuates depending on various factors, we refrain from providing answers regarding stock price trends, trading methods, etc.

A

We release financial results in January, April, July and October. We usually place an announcement around 1 month before the financial results announcement day.

Do you set a silent period?

In order to prevent leakage of earnings information and ensure fair disclosure, the Company has established a silent period beginning two weeks prior to the week of each earnings announcement.
