NPC Matsuyama Festival

As part of our annual employee give-back program, we hold the NPC Matsuyama Festival, an in-house event to which employees' families and business partners are invited. There are free food, beverages and family fun events offered at the festival to show our appreciation for their continued support. There are food trucks run by popular local restaurants, and in addition to it, our executives, including board members, provide food at the event as well.

Visitors enjoy the performances by the Ehime Pro Wrestling team and the Yosakoi dance troupe from Matsuyama City. In addition, children can participate in a variety of activities, including song intro quiz, making their own mini 4WD, play equipment, and playing video games.

There are also other events in which adults can participate, such as relay games and a raffle. Even the board members participate in the relay games as members, which represents that the NPC Matsuyama Festival is an event that transcends the barriers of position and generation.
